Like a Peanut Butter Cup

While dinner cooked tonight, I snacked on half of a granola bar. Still tasty, but too crumbly!


Dinner was awesome, and super satistfying.



A salad of Farmer’s Market butter lettuce + orange pepper + sunflower seeds + golden delicious apple + balsamic vinegar + olive oil + grass-fed steak


And a slice of homemade bread, with balsamic vinegar and olive oil to dip in.


Later on tonight I made an awesome snack/dessert: Peanut Butter Cup Banana Soft-Serve!


As a spin on the frozen-banana-soft-serve, I added about a teaspoon of dark chocolate peanut butter in with the frozen banana. Press chop on the food processor, and Voila!




SO SO good.
