I think mini-goals are a great way to keep focused on weight loss and healthy living. I’m leaving for a vacation on Thursday night, and I think a mini-goal is just what I need to get me motivated to eat healthy prior to the trip.


My goal? No pop until I’m out of the country! While I don’t honestly think a diet pop is bad for you, it’s certainly not *good* for you, and less pop means more water! I’m 1/4 (days) so far.
